Pastoral Leadership Teams
Several very different Pastoral Leadership Teams in the Archdiocese of Chicago have formed and committed to the INSPIRE process, further enhancing their capacity for expressing shared pastoral leadership. These pioneering teams come in the form of parishes, multi-parish cooperatives, and archdiocesan groups. Their work and shared learning constantly advance knowledge about how to more effectively address task and mission through collaborative teamwork, while simultaneously striving to nurture the health and growth of individual team members.
